Marcelo Batata culinary experiences immerse you in the world of Peruvian cuisine and is a class customized and developed in a participatory fun and dynamic environment so that everyone can join no matter how much knowledge or kitchen had previous experience. THE STEPS In just 04 hours you will participate in our course six stages that includes topics such as the history of the Peruvian cuisine, cooking concepts, fruit Andean tropical and super food tasting, tasting Pisco, Pisco Sour Pisco preparation and Chilcano and finally, the preparation and cooking of two of the most representative dishes of Peru: ceviche and lomo saltado with alpaca. In addition, the chefs of our restaurants enjoy criolle and Novo-Andean snacks small bite as cuy (Guinea pig), stuffed potatoes, chili chicken and Causes, among others. STEP 1: THE INTRODUCTION Our instructor / chef will provide an introduction to the Peruvian culinary culture touch on history, biodiversity and geography of the subject and at the same time explaining the different concepts and theories surrounding dining. STEP 2: COLORS, AROMAS AND TEXTURES Our interpretive space "Market" offers all products that one can find in the local market San Pedro, but in an organized, clean and safe manner. This is a concentrated space with potato varieties of Peru, various types of chili, corn and quinoa amonst many other products. STEP 3: EXOTICS Because of its tropical location, Peru is home to many varieties of tropical fruits and during this step we will have the opportunity to enjoy the sweet, sour and bitter semi-seasonal fruits. STEP 4: A SEA OF FLAVORS Our starter will be a delicate Peruvian ceviche made using fresh fish from the coast with a mixture of localbingredients that make it unique and unforgettable. STEP 5: PISCO IN POINT During this step we will enjoy precious liquor of Peru, while learning their intruiguing history. To finish this step we will prepare our Pisco Sour and Pisco Chilcano. STEP 6: WOK-ING WEATHER After the demonstration and instruction given by our Chef all participants prepare their techniques using wok saute Lomo Skipped. then we will enjoy the food and provide recipes of the dishes prepared during the class.
